The Court does not have the authority to Order a party to pay for either private school tuition or college education for a child.
However, if the parties agree to make one party or both parties financially responsible for the payment of such expenses, and submit this agreement to the Court, the Court will likely approve of the agreement and will incorporate that agreement into the Divorce Decree.
