Professional Experience
Heather Blesener joined Alithis Family Law, LLC, in June, 2023, and brings with her over ten years of legal experience in both the private and public sectors. Heather works within all areas of family law, including marriage dissolution and child support matters. Specifically, Heather assists with:
- Drafting motions, affidavits, decrees, and all other pleadings
- Drafting Quit Claim Deeds and Summary Real Estate Disposition Judgments
- Discovery preparation, organization, and review
- Asset and liability spreadsheet preparation
- Income, financial accounts, and budget analysis
- Non-marital asset analysis
- Mediation preparation assistance
- Business valuations, appraisals, vocational evaluations, custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, and child support and spousal maintenance calculations in partnership with hired experts
- Trial exhibit and witness preparation
- Appeal brief preparation
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and pets, watching ice hockey, reading, playing board or card games, and traveling.
